Job Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document Manufacturing Execution System (MES) requirements. Develop and configure MES solutions to streamline manufacturing processes. Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of project objectives. Analyze and resolve MES-related issues, ensuring continuous improvement. Monitor MES performance and implement system enhancements to optimize productivity. Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and documentation for management and users. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Hands-on experience with MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Wonderware, or similar). Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and process optimization. Proficiency in database management, scripting, and MES configuration. Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
