Key Responsibilities: Modeling & Simulation Expertise: Develop complex manufacturing system models (Automotive & Non-Automotive). Perform Discrete Event Simulations and Material Flow Analysis. Conduct bottleneck analysis, line balancing, and ‘What-if’ scenario simulations. Develop custom reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations. Programming & Industrial Engineering Knowledge: Strong programming skills in C, C++, Python. Knowledge of industrial engineering metrics like Takt Time, MTBF, MTBR, OEE. Hands-on experience with simulation tools like Rockwell ARENA, Tecnomatix, AnyLogic, FlexSim. Manufacturing & Process Optimization: Experience in assembly process analysis and warehouse material handling. Work with 3D modeling & CAD tools for system representation. Use Excel VBA and Microsoft tools for data analysis and reporting. Collaboration & Project Execution: Take ownership of Modeling & Simulation activities at customer sites. Interact with Manufacturing System Engineering teams for requirement gathering. Estimate project efforts and deliver high-quality simulation solutions.
