Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers or goods safely and efficiently while ensuring the vehicle is well-maintained and compliant with road safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate company vehicles to transport passengers, goods, or materials. Follow assigned routes and schedules, ensuring timely deliveries or pickups. Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in good working condition. Perform basic vehicle maintenance (checking oil, fuel, tire pressure, etc.). Adhere to traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies. Keep accurate records of travel, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance logs. Assist with loading and unloading cargo, if required. Ensure the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the vehicle. Key Skills: Driving Expertise: Skilled in operating various types of vehicles (cars, vans, trucks, etc.). Navigation & Route Planning: Ability to use GPS and maps for efficient navigation. Time Management: Punctual and reliable with timely deliveries. Vehicle Maintenance: Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting. Safety Awareness: Strict adherence to road safety rules and regulations. Communication: Clear and professional interaction with supervisors and clients. Record Keeping: Ability to maintain accurate travel and maintenance logs. Physical Stamina: Capability to handle loading/unloading, if required. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a driver (4+ years). Familiarity with local routes and traffic laws. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
