Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources. Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases. Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to provide actionable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and develop analytical solutions. Design and implement data visualizations to present complex information clearly. Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from business teams. Automate and streamline data extraction and reporting processes. Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with organizational standards. Document data sources, processes, and methodologies. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or Looker). Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas). Experience with ETL processes and data cleansing techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling. Ability to interpret complex data sets and provide meaningful insights. Knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations.
