Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cloud Operations Lead with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cloud operations, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of cloud environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud performance, implement automation, and drive best practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee day-to-day cloud operations and infrastructure management. Design, implement, and manage cloud architectures across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud-based systems. Automate cloud operations using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). Monitor and optimize cloud resources to ensure cost efficiency. Manage and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices are in place. Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues. Establish and enforce cloud security policies, IAM roles, and access controls. Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to enhance infrastructure reliability. Perform capacity planning and scaling of cloud environments. Create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in cloud operations or cloud infrastructure management. Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi). Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions). Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS). Experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, ELK, Prometheus/Grafana). Proficiency in automation scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell). Experience with cloud cost management and optimization. Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, and load balancers. Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance standards. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
