We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Control System Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for industrial automation, manufacturing, or process control applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, efficient, and scalable solutions Key Responsibilities: Design and develop control systems for industrial processes, including PLC, DCS, SCADA, and HMI programming. Create and review control logic, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Program and configure PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, or Rockwell). Design and develop SCADA systems and HMIs for real-time monitoring and control. Perform system integration and testing of hardware and software components. Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues during commissioning and production. Develop and implement PID control loops and tuning parameters. Optimize control strategies to enhance system performance and reliability. Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers on system design and integration. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Prepare technical documentation, including system architecture, functional specs, and test plans. Required Skills: 7+ years of experience in control system engineering. Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, Schneider EcoStruxure). Experience with SCADA systems (e.g., Wonderware, Ignition, GE iFIX, or WinCC). Strong knowledge of HMI design and configuration. Expertise in PID control loops and tuning techniques. Hands-on experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP). Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and field devices. Experience with control panel design and electrical schematics. Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or similar tools for documentation. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong understanding of safety standards (e.g., ISO, IEC, NFPA).
